Fast zip lines need a way to carry riders of widely varying weights yet stop them all safely. We acomplish that with a stop block (here a piece of green ash) tied off with some bungee cord that is firmly anchored to an immovable object. Next to that you see the zip trolley we normally use. It's made by Petzl and can be attached or removed easily with one hand.
